We offer three of the most advanced noninvasive options available for musculoskeletal pain and injury recovery: EPAT® (Extracorporeal Pulse Activation Technology), also known as Radial Pressure Wave Therapy; ESWT® (Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy), also known as Focused Shock Wave Therapy; and EMTT® (Extracorporeal Magnetotransduction Therapy). These cutting-edge technologies are designed to support your body's natural healing response without the need for injections, medications, or surgery.

Dr. Gegaj has trained with internationally recognized experts in shock wave therapy and brings more than 15 years of experience in musculoskeletal ultrasound evaluation and ultrasound-guided procedures. By combining targeted radial pressure waves (EPAT®), precise focused shock waves (ESWT®), and high-intensity magnetic fields (EMTT®), we can help support circulation, reduce inflammation, address restricted or scarred soft tissue, and promote deeper tissue recovery.

When additional intervention is appropriate, we expand care with ultrasound-guided procedures for accuracy, comfort, and safety. This includes steroid injections for joints and soft tissue conditions, including the shoulder, hip, knee, and other joints, as well as targeted injections for bursitis, piriformis-related pain, and selected spine-related and back pain conditions. We also offer viscosupplementation, commonly known as gel injections, for joint lubrication support, and PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) injections as a regenerative option that uses your body's natural healing factors to support tissue recovery.
